The kit consists of two 16GB DDR4-3200 modules running at CL16, with 16-20-20-38 timings. Intel XMP 2.0 support lets compatible systems apply the performance profile through the BIOS. Each module also has an anodized aluminum heat spreader and ten individually addressable RGB LEDs. You're building an entirely new PC and have the option of choosing a DDR5 platform. Buying DDR4 makes much more sense as an upgrade that extends the life of an existing machine than as the foundation of a new high-end system.

Part of the appeal of Vengeance RGB Pro is its lighting and design, and if
you don't need that then a less elaborate 32GB DDR4 kit may make more sense and cost less. That said, you're not going to find many bargains right now, so any saving is still worth considering.
