    hey guys, i whant to know what ascii music actualy is,and where i can find it,i was searching at scene.org but i found nothing.

    To play it in Mystic, you'd just reference it like you would an ANSI text file;

    Is ascii music different than ANSI music? Like the sounds in Yankee Trader?

    I've been asking that and haven't gotten an answer yet... I have some
    software that supposedly plays ansi music, but I think it uses internal speakers, which I don't have... I don't know of anything that would work
    under dos with windows sound, or under windows... I wgot the whole directory and it's available on my system, but I have nothing to play it with (though I have a lot of stuff that says it does, I wasn't able to test all of it).

    Yeah, but what standalone client can I use to play these? No one has been
    able to answer that... All of the DOS ones I've found use the internal speaker, which none of my systems have :(.

    Ok, the file viewer on my system can play .mus (but not .ams) with syncterm
    set to all ansi music. There is an archive of ansi music in the local bbs files/ ansi music. I did a wget on all I could find... Does anyone have anything that will play .ams? Especially a dos file viewer door!
