Should I worry about kidney disease or diabetes?
Frequent urination can be caused by a wide variety of different things.
Four to five times an hour is the equivalent of once every ten to fifteen minutes, which is manifestly excessive, at least for an otherwise healthy adult.
My advice would be to see your GP and take a urine sample with you.
You should also tell them if you're having pain passing water and notice
any unusual signs such as traces of blood or an odd smell. If it's
something straightforward like a water infection, they should be able
to diagnose that themselves. However if they feel further investigation
is needed they will refer you to a specialist or a urology clinic.
