Most important symptom of heart failure is shortness of breath, basic reasoning is failing
heart regardless of actual function, heart is unable to perform its function and results in
failure and backing up of fluid.

Majority of time heart it's damaged from heart attack or other reasons but often a
normally functioning but stiff heart can also fail.

In US we use New YORK heart association classification:

Class one. No physical limitations with ordinary physical activity

Class two : SOB with ordinary activity

Class Three: Comfortable at rest but less than ordinary activities cause SOB

Class four: most severe. SOB occurs even at rest

This is the most prominent symptoms

But there are many other symptoms that can be seen in Heart failure

    1. Fluid Retention or Oedema. Which occurs in feet, lungs or abdomen because of failing
    heart

    2. Fatigue and weakness because of weak heart

    3. Rapid weight gain because of fluid retention

    4. cognitive dysfunction. Confusion, dizziness and reduced mental alertness

    5. Persistent cough at times with froth and increasing SOB

    6. Racing or fluttering of heart and even atrial fibrillation

    7. Gastrointestinal issues. Like fullness, nausea and loss of appetite

    8. Frequent urination

    9. If the CHF is not treated and keeps progressing can result in respiratory failure and
hypoxia needing respiratory and hospital management and even death
