    First thing doctor will start giving medication which will last for years or may be for
    whole life. Never start medication immediately if not required. Doctor always show as
    emergency.

    Understand that 80% cholesterol is generated by body and 20% it is absorbed from
    food. Our liver generates cholesterol. If cholesterol is high understand that you need to
    clean or detoxify liver frequently. Fasting will help like weekly 2 days.

    Why liver generates cholesterol?

    Cholesterol is a raw material for vitamin D. If you don't have habit to go under sun in
    morning then you will face vitamin D shortage. So body naturally pushes high cholesterol in blood and try to generate vitamin D when you are in sunlight.

    So if your cholesterol is high check vitamin D levels. It should be low.

    How you can reduce cholesterol without medication?

    Eat low fat food.

    clean your liver

    Take flax seed without salt daily 2 spoon

    Take walnuts 2 to 3 whole

    Take green tea as much as you can. No sugar. No flavor. Natural.

    Avoid use of chemicals in food like packaged food, outside food, cosmetics, perfumed
    soap and all other things which contain chemicals.

    Drink lots of water.

    Eat less in evening. If possible only salad, fruit etc.

    Take sunlight for 20 to 30 min daily.

    Check after 3 months and your cholesterol levels should reduce.
