Cut way back on sugar foods: Soda, juice, sweet drinks, cookies, cake, candy, etc. They
should be rare treats only.
Dont eat anything deep fried.
Foods that are dipped in batter or floured, then fried absorb LOTS of extra fat, which
greatly increases their calorie content.
Some examples include beer-battered fish, French fries, potato chips, mozzarella sticks,
fried pickles, etc.
DO eat LOTS of vegetables. They are filling, rich in vitamins and other micro-nutrients,
contain healthy fiber, while very low in calories.
Just dont drown them in too much fat-laden dressing.
Eat 2 or 3 sensible meals per day, and dont eat between meals.
