To reduce pressure :
Cook only in cast-iron or ceramic pans. Cast-iron pans provide around 20 % of our daily
requirement of iron.
Drink water from copper-glass.
Avoid the seeds of tomato and chilly. Also, avoid chilly-powder in cooking. Substitute
chilly-powder with black-pepper.
Black-pepper increases absorption of curcumin in turmeric. Boiling destroys the
antioxidants in food the most while air-frying & steaming the least.
The seeds of some fruits & vegetables ( like apple, cherry, tomato & chilly ) contain
toxins, which increases B.P. and also hasten the aging process. So, use only seeded
tomatoes and chilis for cooking.
Instead of few heavy meals, eat small amount numerous times.
