  • Recipe: Taco Soup

    Taco Soup

    6-8 Servings

    1# Ground Beef
    1/2 cup Chopped Onions
    28 oz can whole tomatoes with juice
    14 oz can kidney beans with juice
    15 oz can corn with juice
    8 oz tomato sauce
    1 pkg dry taco seasoning
    1-2 cups water
    sat & Pepper to taste
    ---
    Grated Cheese
    Tortilla chips
    Sour Cream

    Brown beef and onions in skillet, Drain.
    Combine everything, except cheese & chips, in crock pot, cover
    Cook on low 4-6 hours
    Ladle into bowls & top with cheese.
    Serve with Tortilla chips and Sour Cream.

    Nice! Thanks or sharing. It sounds similar to the chili I make. It's basically the same recipe except less liquid, chili packet instead of taco, and served over rice.

    I'm going to have to try your soup recipe instead of making chili next time!
